2025:   Every team requires a head coach, or if necessary two people willing to share the job as co-head coaches.  

 Completion of this registration form is necessary for the league to communicate with people leading teams.  All coaches, both new and returning must register every year.  Information for returning coaches is still in the system - it just needs a quick update for current season.

​ (The first time you register, you'll be asked for your date of birth.  The system requires this information to eliminate duplications. Cross referencing name and date of birth ensures each coach is in the system only once. You may indicate your actual date of birth or a ficticious one, your choice)

SOLL requires that all coaches have an up to date Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3) on file with the league.  (sometimes referred to as police record check).
We will accept VSCs issued in the past two years (2022, 2023) and in the current year 2024. The process is online only through Ottawa Police Services website. 

Please upload your VSC in the Attachments section below OR  email a copy to safetyofficer@southottawalittleleague.ca.  

Details and a link to the volunteer letter required to waive the $15.00 fee can be found on our website under the Docs/Rules/Policies tab.  SOLL will not reimburse the fee.  You are welcome to submit a VSC issued for other sports however only the VSC level 3 is acceptable.
