2024 Season
Spring registration opens on February 1 and closes on April 1. However, it is possible that some divisions will be full BEFORE April 1 so sign up without delay to guarantee your spot.
If you are new to South Ottawa, please start with a visit to our "New to SOLL" and FAQ page which overviews key points every parent should know including boundaries and age determination. For program details, please refer to the programs tab.
If you still have questions AFTER reading the information available on the site, please send an email to the division convenor listed on the "league contacts" page of the website. Click on the person's name - even if it says "vacant", your email will be directed to an appropriate contact. Questions related to registration can be directed to the registrar.
